Meet Tim Hardeman, the founder and CEO of Hardeman Real Estate. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, he's well-versed in navigating the Southeastern region. Tim holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker in both Georgia and Florida, and he's passionate about revitalizing housing markets with innovative approaches. Whether he's spearheading his construction company or leading our property management team, Tim's focus is on creating safe and affordable housing options. Beyond the office, Tim's interests are as diverse as his professional pursuits. You'll often find him in the sky, honing his piloting skills, running, or playing golf. And when he's not doing that, he's likely conquering some of the world's tallest mountains. One of Tim's personal goals is to climb the seven summits, which is where you summit tallest mountain on each continent. Whether it's his real estate endeavors or personal adventures, Tim's straightforward approach gets the job done.
Stefan Walsh
Acquisitions Agent
Stefan Walsh is the Dispositions and Sales Manager at Hardeman Real Estate. Stefan's mission is: to efficiently lead our sales team and negotiate win-win contracts! With licenses in both Georgia and Florida, Stefan adeptly navigates the complexities of the real estate market. Currently, he's leading the charge in establishing our new Florida branch, opening up exciting opportunities for growth. Outside of the hustle and bustle, Stefan finds joy in fishing, playing golf, and riding his horse. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the workplace – whether he's closing deals or pursuing his hobbies, Stefan always strives for the highest standards.
